Our service fee (charged in USD) is for professional assistance with the Curaçao Digital Immigration Card (DI Card) application. The official DI Card can be completed free of charge on the government portal. Our fee applies only to the assistance we provide.

3. When Refunds Apply

Once an application has been submitted to the authorities on your behalf, our service is considered delivered and the service fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before submission, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] to request a refund.

4. Processing of Refund Requests

Refund requests received before submission of your application to the authorities will be reviewed within 5–10 business days. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within the timeframe allowed by the payment processor. We do not refund government fees (if any) that may have been paid separately.
